Diminutive in size, Yalgoo Yalbany never lets his stature get in the way of what he believes is being a good cop. Yalgoo's only setback is his apparent certainty that every suspect is guilty of the crime in question. He is quite dissatisfied with the sudden appearance of London as chief, but he tries his best to keep his anger contained.
