Whistler, a neutral demon sent down to level the field between good and evil has seen the damage the war between the two primal forces has done to Earth. This gothic noir series is centered around Jessica Wallace, a disturbed young woman who nonetheless roams the streets of the NYC, hunting down all supernatural threats to the innocent - even though she herself isn't exactly the most mentally or emotionally stable of heroes. Even as a child, she always thought there was a monster inside of her, now psychiatrists and psychologists have all just boiled it down to an unusual case of schizophrenia... but it goes much deeper than that.
