IM SO HAPPY that you guys did this :)
When i first found this online one day....I was SUPER excited. I LITERALLY though Joss Whedon hired new writers and he decided: "im doing it online. SCREW TV"hahaha.
But in all honestly...this Buffyverse has been one of my favorites out of ALL of the ones that have been written. And honestly i cant WAIT to see what Ragnorak brings.

And maybe...ONE DAY soon the MZP will create its own "Buffy" type show and it will be on TV. You guys here are EXCELLENT writers and I cant wait to SEE/READ what you make next :)

Most of us wouldn't even be here without the Buffyverse. I know I wouldn't have. We owe a great debt to that feisty little Slayer.

Such a long way this place has come.  Hard to believe there have been so many wonderful episodes that have come from the Jossverse.  Just goes to show you that universe has so much to offer.

Wonderful, wonderful years!

Look forward to the future!!

Quote
Buffy: Well, I gotta look on the bright side. Maybe I can still get kicked out of school.
Xander: Oh, yeah, that's a plan. Cause lots of schools aren't on Hellmouths.
Willow: Maybe you could blow something up. They're really strict about that.
Buffy: I was thinking of a more subtle approach, ya know, like excessive not studying.
Giles: [to himself] The Earth is doomed.

I think that sums up Buffy pretty well. :D

Closing in on my long overdue read/review of the saga that started MZP and I have a question:

Given I read S8 of Buffy alongside Angel S5, am I best to watch/read these in a certain order? Does the VS weave into the filmed season in any way or do I not have to worry?

I don't believe it does - the main issue we had is that there's a key plot of S8 that ended up being very similar to one from Angel S5, purely coincidentally (Buffy was already airing when Angel started), but otherwise there's no crossover that I can remember.

Coolio. Just didn't want to miss anything by reading/watching in the wrong order.

What about Buffy S9/Angel S6? Anything there?

There's one crossover episode right at the end of Angel S6, I think that's it.

Anyone got links to the episodes of Kennedy and Destiny? Both of the sites they were stored on are now offline, and they're dead links.

The old links should work again soon (redirection problem I've now fixed), but here's alternate ones

Destiny wasn't hosted by us, so you'd have to find someone who still has the episodes saved. Or get in touch with Ben. Though I have no idea if he'll reply:

I have just about finished my re watch of BtVS and Angel and can then go over to the reading of the wonderful stuff on here woot! This is a homecoming for me as I found MZP whilst looking for more Buffy and Angel.

Think I will read all this then go over the next section. I wonder if I can read everything written here by the end of the year. Think I may have to see if I can do it.

Sorry (not sorry) for posting in a dormant thread

That's alright - we still have a bunch of unreleased Buffyverse stuff, and if the success of the Buffy/Angel comics shows anything, it's that the love is still out there ( so we should get off our asses and do what we planned all those years ago).

I agree with this statement.
A return of the MZP Buffyverse is needed. I'm honestly excited for Ragnarok.  I can't wait to see what you guys have in store for that
