SARA CHALMERS (played by Anna Belknap)

Sara was raised by her very liberal neo-hippy single mom, a situation that has made her the person she is today- whether she likes it or not. A child prodigy, she was tackling university material at the age of fifteen.

Sara's intelligence, hard work and ambition saw her become one of the youngest people ever, to be given the responsibility of Research Director in the R&D laboratories of the ISA. After an incident involving her and a leak of particularly damaging and incriminating data on the ISA, she was stripped of her position.

She is a dedicated truth seeker with a strong set of moral principles and integrity.

Trovenus is forced out of his new life, teaching and meditating as Brother Icarus at the Catraism retreat, to tackle one last mission for his previous employers, the expansive and powerful Chromlian consortium. His mission: to reopen negotiations with the consortium's old allies, the Feratu.

Trovenus' wealth of life experiences gained due to his many years has given him wisdom and a mature, balanced outlook on the universe. He is a benevolent soul and though a seasoned warrior, he seeks peace in his life.

D’BRONZE MAZAKELLI (played by D.B Woodside)

D’bronze is a frontline grunt and proud of it. He comes from a well respected line of soldiers and is the eldest with five younger brothers. He’s also a hopeless gambler who tends to get into his fair share of bar brawls. He’s dangerously hot tempered but rarely ever holds a grudge.

Overall, he's a congenial guy, with an outlook on life that's basically: don't mess with him or those he cares about and he won't mess with you.

TAZUL RENIR (played by Keira Knightley)

Tazul is the impulsive, strong willed heir to the Aurelius clan throne. Her upbringing is typical of feratu royal offspring with her training for her future responsibilities starting from childhood. She is a staunch traditionalist with honour, trust and integrity a strong part of her belief system.

She is known for her bravery, although usually it borders on outright recklessness. It doesn’t help that she seems to have a knack for finding trouble anywhere.

SELENE ESSEX (played by Rhona Mitra)

The surly Selene is the resident bad ass in Ta Verion, known for her natural tendency to solve issues with violence. Born of both drakan and 'relion heritage during the bitter civil wars still being fought between both clans, she’s had to endure taunts about her background for most of her existence - so she's quite sensitive on the topic.

An aurelius to the core, loyalty is of the utmost importance to Selene.

UVERE UDON (played by Giovanni Ribisi)

Uvere is a quiet, intelligent person with a dry sense of humour. He has a phenomenal aptitude with anything technical and prides himself on it. Though he’s polite and friendly to any and everyone he prefers not to keep many friends only really trusting a select few with his confidences.

His past is shrouded in mystery and he prefers to keep it that way, avoiding any questions that may surface about his childhood.
